Dutch Bros Coffee
Full exterior EIFS installation for a new Dutch Bros Coffee drive-through location in Winter Garden. The project required precise coordination with the general contractor to meet Dutch Bros' brand-standard facade specifications and a tight grand-opening deadline.
The EIFS system delivers the clean, modern aesthetic required by the brand while providing lasting energy performance in Central Florida's climate.
Bravo Supermarket
EIFS and stucco system installation on a full commercial grocery store build-out. This project involved multi-phase exterior work coordinated alongside active concurrent trades—structural steel, MEP rough-in, and roofing—all running simultaneously.
The combination EIFS and stucco scope required careful joint detailing and color matching across elevation breaks to achieve a unified facade appearance.
Commercial Office
Full EIFS exterior with integrated air and water-resistive barrier on a three-story commercial office building. Scope included all window and door flashing, expansion joint detailing, and architectural reveals at each floor line.
Completed ahead of schedule, enabling the GC to close out framing and weather-lock the building two weeks early.
