Our Story
EIFS Products & Services, LLC was founded in Orlando, Florida with a simple premise: commercial general contractors deserve a reliable EIFS and stucco subcontractor they can call again and again.
The construction industry has no shortage of subs who disappear after the bid or cut corners when no one's looking. We built EPS to be the opposite—a company where the owner is hands-on, the crews are experienced, and the work holds up to inspection every time.
Over the years we've worked on quick-service restaurants, grocery stores, office buildings, and retail centers across Florida. Every project teaches us something, and that experience shows in how we manage scope, coordinate with other trades, and deliver on commitments.
We're not the cheapest bid in the room. We're the one that costs you less in the long run.

Federico leads every project personally. With deep hands-on experience in EIFS and stucco systems, he's involved from the initial bid through final closeout—ensuring the work meets his standards and yours.

We don't chase residential work. Our entire operation—crew training, estimating, project management—is tuned for commercial construction.
Federico's phone number is on every bid package. When something comes up, you're not getting a call center—you're getting the person responsible.
We know your schedule drives everything downstream. We plan our phases to mesh with yours and flag problems early, not the day they blow up.
Our goal is zero surprises at closeout. We self-inspect as we go and address deficiencies before the GC's superintendent has to find them.
We maintain installation records, material submittals, and warranty documentation for every project. No scrambling to reconstruct the file at closeout.
If we can't do something, we say so up front. If there's a problem, we call it—not bury it. GCs trust us because we don't waste their time.
